🕒 Processing Time


All items are handmade to order.

• Standard processing time is 1–2 business days for most items.
Soaps require 2 business days for processing unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Please note:
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time.

🚚 Shipping Locations


We currently ship within:

• United States
• Puerto Rico

At this time, international shipping is not available.



📬 Shipping Methods & Delivery


Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email.



⚠️ Delays & Carrier Responsibility


Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

• Shipping delays
• Lost packages
• Damaged packages

If you experience delivery issues, please contact USPS or UPS directly.

However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if your package is lost or damaged in transit.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Local pick-up may be available in Seagoville, TX by prior arrangement.
